Animals used in research are often treated with cruelty and some of the experiments are unacceptable. Often times cosmetic industries test their products on animals in order to get an estimate of the results of product. In some tests researchers test the results of shapoo and other products by rubbing it in their eyes, this is unjust towards animals (Human Society of the United States). Also most animals tested are nothing like humans so results of tests are not helpful (Dixon). This testing is unnecessary, cruel and needs to be stopped.
